Study finds massive quantity of pharmaceuticals in Bay water

Treasure Island -- A soon-to-be published study on emerging contaminants reveals that a high number of pharmaceutical chemicals are entering the Bay through wastewater and industrial pollution. Baykeeper and Program Director Sejal Choksi comments on pharmaceuticals in the Bay and the lack of regulations to monitor and control these chemicals in our waterways.
